Your choice of a Granit Bronz Mausoleum or Columbarium is one of the wisest investments you will ever make. Cold Spring Granite Company, parent of the Granit Bronz Mausoleum Division and one of the largest and most experienced stone memorialization suppliers in the world, has quarried and fabricated the granite and managed the construction for your new mausoleum. Cold Spring Granite Company and its divisions, Granit Bronz Mausoleum and Construction Services, provides you with the following warranty:
10-YEAR WORRY-FREE WARRANTY
Cold Spring Granite Company (The Company) warrants that your mausoleum or columbarium building, quarried, fabricated and constructed by The Company is free from material defects in the granite and workmanship. For a period of 10 years from the date the building construction is completed, The Company will repair or replace any component of the building that has failed with the exception of those items specifically excluded below. On request, The Company will also schedule a site visit to inspect your building near the end of the 10-year period to make sure any necessary warranty work is identified prior to expiration. This 10-year warranty covers all building components including the foundation, pre-cast crypts and niches, all granite components, carving and murals, crypt/niche front hangers and caulking, except those components specifically excluded below.
50-YEAR GRANITE WARRANTY
In addition to the 10-year warranty period described above, The Company warrants that, for a period of 50 years from the date the building construction is completed, The Company will repair or replace any granite component of the building that has failed. This 50-year warranty period covers granite only and includes all granite components including carvings, murals and crypt/niche fronts.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
The Company will not be liable for the following items, which are specifically excluded from coverage under this warranty: plumbing and electrical systems, HVAC, non-granite floor coverings, staining caused by environmental conditions, vandalism, acts of God or failure to perform regular cleaning and maintenance.
THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE PROVISIONS STATED ABOVE, AND NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, EXISTS. THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IN EITHER TORT OR CONTRACT FOR ANY LOSS OR DIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. The above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights and other rights may also exist that vary from state to state.
NOTICE OF CLAIM
This warranty is transferable and applies to any building installed in its original location. This warranty becomes null and void if the building is moved from its original installation location. Upon verification of a valid claim made against this warranty, The Company will, at its option, repair or replace the defective material.

All claims against this warranty must be verified by a designated Cold Spring Granite Company field inspector. The cost of repair or replacement shall be borne by The Company and/or its authorized representatives and includes the labor charges necessary for repair or replacement. If replacement of the stone is deemed necessary, replacement will be made with a granite, marketed by The Company at the time it honors this warranty, as nearly identical as possible to the original stone in color, grain and grade. This warranty does not cover the cost of any repairs or replacement undertaken prior to your receipt of a written claim verification from The Company.
