Sandblasted Memorials
If painters have brushes, stonecrafters have sandblasters. Carried out by a tool shooting compressed streams of fine abrasives on granite, sandblasting enables a stonecrafter to create colors and images that reveal the full beauty of granite. Letters are sandblasted in eight different styles. Patterns are flat-carved, where polished areas are "frosted" off and outlined by a v-sunk line, or shape-carved, a process that shows depth and dimension. Creating and contrasting shades of colors that also accentuate the grain structure and patterns of the same stone, Granit Bronz sandblast memorials bring out all the characteristics of stone that often remain hidden from view. All designs are available with or without a vase.
