Woodlawn Cemetery Association Expands its Above-ground Options

COLD SPRING, Minn. - Woodlawn Cemetery Association in Lima, Ohio has entered into contract with Granit Bronz, of the Cold Spring Granite Memorial Group, to supply granite material and construct two 96-crypt mausoleums with Chapel.

The mausoleums with Chapel will feature a combination of interior and exterior crypts, which have Polished Carnelian granite fronts that will be pre-drilled for easy insertion of Granit Bronz plaques. Moonlight Gray granite has been selected for the roof stones in a Sawn finish and the trim will be a striking complement, also in Moonlight Gray, but in a Thermal finish. Polished Carnelian murals of 4'-2" x 8"-0" size will accent the exteriors of both mausoleums-one will display the Resurrection and the other will have a Patriotic mural, which consists of an eagle and flag scene. Cold Spring Granite's Construction Services division is providing installation and setting. Completion of the project is marked for summer 2002.
